Download the 2026 Donation Form to see the full list of nonprofit participants and indicate your donation amount! Give one of the following ways:

1. Attach it with your donation and mail it before Oct. 7 to: HCF, PO Box 1673, Hays, 67601.

2. Return it during one of our in-person Give Fest events on Oct. 7. We'd love to see you and say thank you! Don't have a printer? We'll have plenty of copies on hand. You'll get the chance to visit with local nonprofits and enjoy some Give Fest fun. Come and go any time throughout the day. 

  • Ellis County: Hays Rec Main Gym, 1105 Canterbury Dr., in Hays, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

  • Rooks County: Plainville Township Hall, 108 S. Jefferson, in Plainville, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Trego County: Trego County Fairgrounds, 13th and Russell Ave., in WaKeeney, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

3. Return it to one of the nonprofits prior to Oct. 7. They'll bring it on Oct. 7 to make sure your donation gets matched. 

4. Stop by one of local Heartland offices prior to Oct. 7 and we'll hold the donation until Oct. 7, so it gets matched.

5. Non-cash gifts are a great way to make a charitable gift and leverage a possible tax-savings and help your favorite nonprofit earn some matching dollars. Make a gift from a Donor Advised Fund, grain, retirement, appreciated stock, or some other type of gift during Give Fest. Get the ball rolling prior to Oct. 7.
