We offer two programs monthly that are at the Hays Senior Center for people in the mild to moderate stages of dementia. One is a bus trip (On the Road Again) and the other a day program (Our Club). These two programs are operating in Leavenworth, KS by The Deeper Window Association which we visited, and we decided we could replicate them in our community. Each program is 4 hours beginning at 11 am and ending at 3:00 pm. We are networking with the Hays Recreation Commission, the Hays Senior Center and Dr. Anita Walters at FHSU to provide these programs to our community.
